Wind Turbine Project – Spectrum Energy Systems Ltd (On Behalf Of South Brent Community Energy Society Ltd)
An exciting renewable energy project for this South Brent community, being 1 of only 50 community projects in the whole country. The 225 kw wind turbine at Marley in the South Hams is being constructed to generate an income from the sale of electricity and the Feed-In-Tariff. The funds will then be used towards improving the energy efficiency of South Brent and towards further renewable energy re-generation projects for the community. Pavilion’s works include;

Bratton Clovelly – Private Client – Design And Build Project – 2015
A project to construct a stunning architect designed, contemporary dwelling built to maximise the spectacular countryside views of the Tors of Dartmoor.
Our project management works involve the demolition of existing dwelling and replacement with a single storey house constructed over three levels with triple garage and ancillary outbuildings.
Extensive groundworks and landscaping works including curved gabion walls and high natural stone walls.
Complete package of renewable energy systems.
The property will be constructed to be as self energy sufficient as possible with limited maintenance and built to a very high quality finish.
We aim to deliver our build to a code level 4/5 and with a SAP “A” rating.

Interesting project following a landslip on the river Dart, forming new access to a holiday boathouse. The works involve the construction of a series of raised timber steps and landings over a steeply wooded slope from the banks of the river into the tree line.
